Visitor Management
Visitor Management Systemenables system user to request and manage visitors/employee entry in building premises via a standard web browser. It can monitor visitors and employee for any location. It is a web base system so that it can be easily use from any location.
Using secure and authenticated login user can request for visitor. User can easily add visitor details like name, purpose of visit, schedule time and visit duration. Security user can also add visitor details for specific employee which has meeting.
Visitor Management System has capability to upload or capture photo on arriving of visitor. Temporarily badge will be generated with visual identification along with basic detail like officer to meet, company name, unique visitor ID which will be in form of Barcode, asset carried, date and time.
Only authorized security administrator will have the ability to manage visitor access and entry level. Using Visitor Management System authorized personnel will have the options to edit, delete or cancel a visit, assign a card, run reports, search and configure various fields. For monitoring purpose there will be an alert message on system if visitor exceed his/her expecting visiting time.
Once visit has been completed visitors card can be easily returned.
VMS has ability to track employee attendance, admin can generate employee badge with useful information like employee name, employee ID, expire date, photo. Every time employee enters or exit from office premises then card will be read by barcode scanner and IN or OUT time will be recorded as per status. Admin can generate various kinds of reports and analyze employee working hours.
